Hello i hope that here my problem with fiind a solution on 28-12-2019 i deposit 300£ to casino gods i play and i win 996£ after i did the withdrawal requeste they lock my account i talk with them in chat said i have selfexclusion with other casino sister with casino gods and that is why the account been lock closed i then ask what happens with my withdrawal said in first there is no deposit or withdrawal after all they have found that i did an deposit of 300£ and a withdrawal of 996 i have photos and i will attach on here all i have i everyday chat with them since 1 ian -2020 and ask what happens with my withdrawal i email all the departaments managment support and vip support because my account is vip yesterday 6-01-2020 morning i got an email said that my founds been conficated i email them back and ask about what happens with my deposit but i not have any answer i been also chat with support but they have no information for me i looking for advice and support with my problem

Is never happens to me befor to get any money comficated i hear about this happens but only for scam.people who cant provide any documents for verification your site never ask my for any documents to verify my indentification the support is very slow answer and not well trained about how to verifi accounts i had to come over and over again so they can check that i deposit in the casino the reason is simple this casino wont to pay my win tipical for a casino but guyss you have to return my deposit they are my money
My question is : when i will get my 300£ back ?
