Delaying payment without giving any reason

I have made withdrawal on 7th May of £38.31 and still haven't received my money. I went to live chat after waiting for a week and then again after few days and there reply is always same that ' We can't do much at the moment and have escalated your request to relevant department and you'll receive an email from them soon'.
That's the only thing you always hear in Live chat and I have been told few times same thing.

I haven't received any email asking for any documents or telling me why my withdrawal is not processing. My account is verified on other genesis casinos and I played fairly and I have deposited more than I withdraw so I don't see any reason of holding my money.

I waited long time before raising complaint here and hopefully it'll be resolved now and I will get my money.
