Delayed withdrawal and zero contact
I am hoping someone can help me. I have on the 3rd June I submitted my first withdrawal request for £204.86.
I have not received any email advising why the withdrawal is still pending.
The verification page says I am fully verified.
Their phone lines are down, their live chat is a bot and I have attempted to use their contact form twice, to no avail.
I have no option to try and raise a complaint here as I can see previous issues have been resolved here.

This is not the kind of behaviour I would accept from any UK licenced casino. They take my money quick enough and they cheekily send me promotion offers to try and get me deposit more!
