Hi

I won 19600 NOK on Casino Gods and was very happy.
I order a withdrawal on 3 May 2020.
I waited some days on the withdrawal. Since i didnt reiceved my withdrawal i took
contact with Casino Gods live support. They told me to send in documents.
I sent in documents and waited one more week and took once again contact.
Then i was told to take a selfi with a note. I did that aswell and sent the picture in to casino gods on 18th may.
I still havent reiceved my withdrawal. I think this is very poor custumer service.

Hope askgamblers can help me with this issue.
