Delayed payment for over two weeks
I made a withdrawal from CasinoGods on the 18th December 2019 for 1.6k GBP. Immediately I was asked for verification documents (obviously they request it when you win money, not when you lose). I sent these in, and a few days later following zero communication, I was asked to send in pictures of my face with ID and proof of address. I sent these, and found out several days letter after chasing them for an answer, that they were accepted. My account has also been locked so I cannot even log in.
It has now been over two weeks since my withdrawal and there is no sign of my money. In addition to this, I receive no updates from the casino, and I every time I email them they give me the same general, automated answer. Their explanation is a 'standard routine security check', which I find a poor excuse to delay funds for this long. Their customer service and internal processing is abysmal.
