Delayed Payment and no email or chat response

Hello,

I had a casino win back on the 8th November at Casino Gods of £7200. I provided all KYC documentation within 24 hours of request to then be told I needed to provide selfies with custom notes. I finished these and sent them 10 days ago. Since then I was told 72 hours would be the timeframe for verification - this has now passed plus an additional week with 0 correspondence from Casino Gods. They are now totally ignoring me on email and I cannot access chat as my account is locked for review?

Please can somebody help me here.

Please note that we reviewed the case and we confirm that your account has been reopened, you can now request a new withdrawal of your winnings. Once done, your account will be closed again with no possibility of reopening.

We invite you to refer to our Terms and Conditions, clause 14.3: The company may refuse to open an account or may opt to close a players’ account which has already been opened at its own discretion. Notwithstanding this all contractual obligations already undertaken or entered into will be honoured. Where the company or the player decides to close an account the remaining real money funds shall be returned to the method of deposit originally used and an administration fee of 3% charged, with a minimum fee of €2.50 or equivalent in the players own currency.
