Casino Gods - 5 week withdrawal time after submitting all documentation

I have been waiting for weeks for verification from Casino Gods.

I have sent all documentation including card, selfie, note, ID, proof of address.

I was sent an email asking me to send a bank card photo's for a manual bank transfer including a statement including IBAN and BIC but my bank does not provide this information.

The withdrawal amount is for £600.80 which was requested on

I have been on live chat over ten times and i'm constantly told to remain patient.

The website states 72 hours once verification has been completed.

I have been waiting for 5 weeks for my account to be verified - I have had no update in the last 5 weeks in regards to what is happening about my withdrawal.

I would like a response and full explanation as to why it is taking so long to send my winnings.

My understanding is that the casino waits for users to cancel their withdrawal to encourage further gambling by delaying payments.

I am hereby making a formal complaint against Casino Gods and I highly recommend all casino players stay away from this entire group.
