Wild Tornado Casino - Changing bonus term and applying it retroactively

Yesterday I signed up at Wild Tornado Casino and wanted to play a little bit slots and took the bonus they have. I read all the rules they have and start to play my favorit game and then I have a big win and when I win big I want to change slot since I think no more win in that slot today probably. So I take a look at the rules again to see which games I am not allowed to play and I decide to play Zombies game instead.

The wager for the bonus i pretty large so I don't have time to finish it all before the kids come home from school so I decide to leave it to the next day. I check what the wager is before I close the computer and the wager is at about 70%.

Later that same night I get email saying:

"Kindly be informed that you have violated Match bonus terms - played the restricted game, Zombies.

Your initial deposit was credited back to your balance.

Please check all bonus conditions by following this link https:­//w­ww.w­il­dto­rna­do.c­om­/bo­nus­-terms"

I find this strange but I open the link they give me and now they have changed rules! So now it says Zombies game is not allowed. But when I played it was not there. This is not fair to change the rules of play after I have started playing!

It cannot be allowed for a casino to change their rules after play started. And the casino do not answer my question about when these rules have been changed.

Hello Bjorkbo,

By the time you were reading updated version Bonus Terms & Conditions, they didn't come into force. Your account was credited with the amount that equals to balance you had by the time when match bonus was cancelled.

As for the violations related to duplicate accounts, all bonus restrictions were removed when you have completed the verification procedure.

All winnings from disputed bonus complaint were also paid in full.

Yes, everything is fine now. Wild Tornado paid me my winnings, I will happily continue to play there next time I have some money to play for over.
