Casino Atlanta - Not willing to verify my account and pay

Hello. June 1st I checked in took a bonus of 25 euros, the bonus I played. Then I sent them the documents. Passport, passport registration page skrill bill, driver's license. They do not respond to the letter, do not want to verify my account, because I won in the casino! They do not want to pay the prize, why would they give a bonus for signing up, and then do not pay? Please help me with this issue, as the casino does not respond!

The User must read the T&Cs before making use of the Internet Site. Mere use of Internet Site and/or opening of an account with­sin­o-a­tla­ is an acknowledgement that the User has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the T&Cs.

The withdrawal can not be made beacause according to our T&Cs:

“Each Player is allowed to open only one Account in one’s own name. Use of more than one Account per physical player is known as “multi-accounting” and as such is strictly forbidden. REPUS APUD retains the right to close a User Account at any time and to cancel all the transactions pertaining to any Player that has registered more than one Account in his own name or under different names, in the event that REPUS APUD has the reason to suspect that the registration of said multiple Accounts has been undertaken with the intent of defrauding or cheating. REPUS APUD reserves the right to block regular or tournament play and/or prize distribution should any evidence of multi-accounting arise.”

The first account was created on 08-04-2015. “No deposit bonus” was activated and used but the Player didn’t fulfill turnover conditions.

The second account was created on 01-06-2015. “No deposit bonus” was activated and used. The Player fulfilled turnover conditions and automatically get € 50.

Multiaccounting occurred so we refused the Player verifying his account and paying out.

I have only one casino account! This is your trick to accuse without proof of the opening of several accounts. Your words are empty! What is your evidence?

We have been provided with an undisputed evidence on behalf Casino Atlanta management that player created two accounts under his name and date of birth. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of the casino terms and conditions and our final decision is that Casino Atlanta acted accordingly.

This case is now officially closed.
