I have been trying to contact gala for 3 days now, through live chat, phone, e-mail and even twitter without 1 response! My account is coming up as frozen and I am still waiting on a £100 withdrawal to come through from 6 days ago. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated,

I am writing in reference to a recent complaint submitted by yourself, in regards to our £25 no deposit bonus.
Having investigated this matter further, we can confirm your bonus winnings were removed in accordance with our terms and conditions.
‘Any player deemed at the sole discretion of the promoter to be adopting a low risk betting strategy to clear wagering will have the bonus along with any winnings removed. This includes, but is not limited to, betting on red or black.’
As a large proportion of your roulette wagers consisted of a £25 bet on red and £25 bet on black, a decision was made to remove all winnings associated with the bonus due to this breach of the terms and conditions.
