Please note that we have reviewed your transactions and your last successful deposit was made on March 17th, 2020. From that moment you had two deposit attempts made on May 10th, 2021, both unsuccessful.
Since then, you had no deposit attempts made at Casino Brango. Your account was then closed on January 17th, 2023, per your official request.
Furthermore, the screenshots provided do not match any of the invoices Casino Brango provides. Also, the statement you made that your e-mails were not replied to is not true as you have received a reply from the Head of our Banking Team. I will share the reply here in full.
"We have checked your account and couldn't find any deposit you are referring at. Your account was deactivated per your request in January, which means that you or anyone else couldn't make deposit to deactivated account. To make deposit, you have to log in first. Since your account is deactivated, no one can use it.
All cards you used 3 years ago, are blocked so no one can use them. Also, this descriptor "Casn_Brango PAGADITO" you sent in screenshot doesn't belong to us.
If someone stole your card and abused it, we can't be held responsible for that.
