It has been over 3months since I started the verification process and I didn't even get a response for 6weeks and now I'm getting a reply maybe every 2-3 weeks after following up saying the same excuse. This is extremely poor. Theres absolutely no live support aside from a useless bot that can't solve anything how is this casino even in business???
