Brango Casino - Received false email about payment

I won from a deposit on Christmas Eve. I sent in all my verification paperwork, and was told it could take up to 48 hours for them to verify my drivers license and I can get an “instant withdrawal” . Today (48 hours), I received an email stating I’m fully verified and I can now get “instant withdrawals” every day. See attached. When I tried to get my winnings I am being told the email is probably a mistake and it takes 5 days to verify my paperwork. I’m sorry, but no. That’s not okay. I really hope you can help me with this. It’s not right.
