Brango says my email isn't registered with them. The email it should be is <email address removed>.... I've also won 50 dollars on a free promo 50+ spins. I've been trying to get my account verified but it's been going on two weeks now and haven't heard nothing from them. I keep getting the same auto generated email. Will you plz help me get this issue resolved.

Please note that we have reviewed the player's grievance and have contacted our Fraud & Risk Department to check what the issue is.
We have received their feedback and here are the results of the investigation.
Unfortunately, the player's winnings had to be voided due to a violation of the Casino's Terms & Conditions. Namely, as per the Terms only one no-deposit bonus can be claimed per player, household, or IP address the player was in violation as another account that was registered with the same address and the same bonus was already claimed. Also, the same IP address is registered on both accounts.

All promotions are limited to one per Player, family, address, credit card number, and computer and shared computers (i.e. university, fraternity, school, public library or workplace), unless there is a prior agreement with the Casino management.
