Pending cashout

I have had a pending cashout from my verified account since 06.06.2026. The issue seems to be that my bank is Revolut and they perfectly accepted deposits over 500 euros from same bank where my cashout was requested. Since then, I explained my situation that I am living in Finland and have to move a lot and I have multiple homes in all of Europe. And I use national bank Revolut that has legal base in Finland. Boo casino team accepted my situation and now over two weeks they have responded to me with the same email. That my request is under review and they already have it ongoing. The reasonable time matter is now on. Please help me to get this solved. Are they paying me or not. I can move on then and either play more in Boo casino or find another provider. Thank you
