Bonus Payment Delayed Beyond Two Weeks


This was once my favorite casino and I was depositing $100-$400 per day nearly everyday. Then something occurred recently and it’s as if I don’t even recognize the place anymore. I actually came to AskGamblers to leave a poor review on Fortunejack to express my recent frustration. I decided to file a complaint instead to provide one more opportunity for us both to reconcile and be friends like we used to be. My issues are quite numerous so I will cover several complaints in one.
1. They held a competition called Jacks Race. The top 50 players each week - win a share of 2BTC. I have placed in the top 50 in all of the first 3 weeks of the competition. The first week I won 15mbtc and it was paid out the day that this week had ended. Smooth sailing. But the next week they suddenly had “bonus maintenance” a day before they were set to pay out the winnings. That was over two weeks ago and me along with 100 other winners have not been paid anything. We are told the same thing day after day. Bonus maintanence , no timeframe given on when it will be fixed. Day after day. Now it’s 16 days as of today. No website maintanence would take 16 days. On top of this they have changed their story little by little as the days drag on and more Players become restless. It is obvious they are not being truthful about the cause of delay. This damages the trust immensely. A top level casino like they claim to be should have issued the winnings despite bonus maintence because they told their players that the competition winnings would be paid on this day. Then when that day came they said nope sorry we had a problem and we can’t pay you. They have plenty enough bitcoin to pay. They just chose not too. Instead of them have the burden of paying out of pocket, they pushed the burden onto their players. This is not right.
2. I had a spin on GameArts DragonKing and the payout was 17.5mbtc. However, the game then suddenly froze up and would not allow me to spin again. I took a screenshot and refreshed the page. Sure enough when the refresh happened my winnings were not in my account and so I was in live chat within seconds with my screenshot to request the proper payment of my winnings. Instead of taking accountability, fixing the issue, and then dealing with GameArt on their own time, they have made me wait 12 days so far and I still have not been paid. Furthermore when I keep asking them when I will be paid, they are already begun making statements that indicate that they are ultimately not going to pay me at all. And that somehow their systems show some other image despite me being in live chat with the screenshot within 20 seconds. I could not have possibly doctored up this image in 20 seconds. They know I won, they just don’t seem to want to pay me my fair winnings.

Wait I wanted to add one last thing, I ended up contacting GameArt DIrectly and they were delightful in their response. They, along with fortunejack, resolved the issue within twelve hours of my contact to them. They even issued 20 free spins on the very same game with the issue, in addition to the winnings payment. Kudos to GameArt for their prompt attention.

I received the bonus and then the GameArt 17.5mbtc. The two weeks it took to receive both is still unacceptable nonetheless. Can you imagine if you had this problem at a land casino, once they confirmed the error (within 15 minutes usually) they would resolve this right there on the floor and issue your payment. Then they would investigate how the root cause whether mechanical error or software problem. In no way would they ever say “well just go home without your winnings and we will contact the manufacturer of the slot machine and once they get back to us then we will reach out to you with more information”. This idea is comical because it is so irrational to consider. Online casinos should be no different than land casinos in this regard. It’s also worth noting that the bonus and regular balance funds that were issued were subsequently lost back to the casino in a few minutes long session that is among the worst that I’ve ever witnessed. Loss loss loss loss loss. Coincidence? Or did they apply the killswitch, programing the slots to ensure a quick recoup of the funds they had just issued? You can be the judge. I will close on this note. These online casinos are becoming rather predictable. The fun has nearly all been removed from the game. To make my point, I was conversing with FJ Live Chat agent Carrie just prior to my funds being issued. I made a bold prognostication as to what would would occur in my gaming sessions following the issuance of my funds. I said “I have a very strong conviction that I know how this will end. Once the funds are issued, I know I will not clear any applicable playthrough requirements and I will very promptly lose both bonus and regular balances without having any significant returns and certainly without any withdrawals. Am I a prophet? We shall see”. Carrie then challenged me and asked “why do you say you know you will lose?”. Well it turns out I was exactly right. The way I knew what would happen was not through prophesy but rather statistical analysis. Not so hard when the results are: lose, lose, lose, lose, lose, can you guess what comes next In the sequence?

Also I believe we should receive some extra reward having to wait the two weeks for our payment. Bitcoin skyrocketed over this period and the interest alone carried. But I can predict that this will probably not happen either. Dd

Hello. Thank you for working so closely with me over these past two weeks to resolve these issues. The bonus issue has been resolved in full. My bonuses were issue, although I lost them both before meeting even the lowly 5x playthrough requirements. Both were gone far before I reached that point.

As for the GameArt .0175mbtc I am still awaiting the receipt of this. Not sure what that screenshot is from but nothing was added to my balance as of yet. The moment it is added I will respond and close this complaint as resolved. Thank you My friends at fortunejack.

Unjustified confiscation of $1,825

On June 7, I registered on the site and made the first deposit of 1300$. June 8 After the game, I won and asked for money for withdrawal. Immediately received a notification in the mail - you need to pass the KYC verification. On the same day I passed it, and the next day I received a payment. Now my account is fully verified! It is important! On June 10, I make a deposit of 1200 dollars. I lose everything. June 11th I deposit $1900. I lose everything. June 16 I make a deposit of 2000 $. After the game, my account becomes 6375$. On June 20 in the morning I make a withdrawal request. Fortunjack won't pay out my money citing some standard check... June 21 in the evening they send me an email saying that my account was linked to some other account, which was previously blocked for some bad actions and now all my winnings are canceled! I that I can only take the deposit because they are so kind! As a result, my deposit was 6375 dollars, and they allowed me to withdraw only 4550 dollars!!! $1,825 was withheld!

I repeat once again - my account has been fully verified! While I was losing, Fortunjack turned a blind eye to everything??? Or was there no connection? But as soon as you saw a large amount on my account, you immediately didn’t want to pay???

Now my account is already blocked. Fortunjack covers his tracks very quickly. If you ask me to make new screenshots, I won't be able to make them for you. But I have done some.

Fortunjack is not consistent in his actions! A fully verified account suddenly decided to be accused of having links with some other accounts! Clearly a scam! Fortunejack, you can close the dialogue by mail! And here you will have to answer for your theft! In order to close this dispute, I demand the return of my honestly won money!
