I recently set up an account at slotocash casino and availed of their offer of $31 no deposit bonus. I got lucky and won some money on the slots which helped my wagering requirements of x60. Then I got really lucky and won $1800. It says in their terms and conditions that the maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings is $180. This was a bit disappointing, however I did not mind and was happy to take my reduced winnings. I made a withdrawal request and contacted live chat to ask which documents I needed to send for proof of ID. I was told that I could send a passport and utility bill no more than 2 months old. I have sent in these documents and have been told that my payment was declined because they want a signed piece of ID. I have signed up to various different casinos such as bet 365, Mr. Green, Sky Vegas, Ladbrokes, etc and used the same documents without any problems !! What more secure if can I give which is signed than an in date passport?? It seems to me like they are giving me the runaround. Here's what they said .....Thank you for choosing Slotocash Casino. We write to inform you that your recent withdrawal for $178.70.00 was denied and the funds are currently in your real player account. This request was denied because documents are needed to verify your account.

We kindly ask you to scan and e-mail to docume­nts­@sl­oto­cash.im the following identification documents for review.

- A signed, valid piece of Photo Identification
- A proof of address (utility bill or bank statement should be not be older the two (2) months

Hi, after much waiting my documents have been verified, however the $178 has still not yet been processed and has not made it to my E-wallet. I would like to keep this complaint open please until I receive payment of funds which are due to me. Once the funds have been processed and are in my E-wallet I will be happy to close the complaint.
