Tonight is a Friday Night and I wanted to play some slots to begin the weekend. I saw an offer on:

I realized I had an account with you but I had not made a deposit, so I then contacted live chat to ask if I could use the offer tonight.

The agent I spoke to said the promotion on the link had been activated on my account, which was 200% deposit match and 80 free spins on Starburst. I proceeded to make a deposit only to get the wrong offer which was 100% and 2spins on starbusts when I told her this, she apologised and advised for me not to play with the funds for the time being. she stated she will pass it to the relevant team as there is nothing she can do and they will get back to me within the next 48 hours. By bonus was meant to be granted today surely this is a breach making me wait up to 2 days.

I'm very disappointed I made the deposit so I could play tonight, not in 2/3 days. I even contacted live chat to double check I would get the offer in question but I'm now sitting here doing nothing all bored on a Friday night thanks to this situation. To make matters worse no matter what source of contact I used it was the same person who had made the mistake responding to me.

What a great first-time experience.

I'm annoyed, frustrated and I find this unacceptable.

Update In the end after 4 days, the casino gave me 150% bonus and 2 lots of 80 spins on starburst which I still don't think is good enough, they have given me £5 less than I was promised and instead, they have given me 80 spins, the experience, and the inconvenience was not really taken into account, not to mention it took double the 48 hours they promised to get this matter resolved. I emailed them again and apparently, I should have only received 100% bonus although it was confirmed by the live chat agent that I could get 200%. I don't think this site values their customers, much it's a good job I got lucky playing on slots with my bonus, I have requested a withdrawal of £360, which is still pending. I would say the best part of using this site was my win customer service is poor and all processes are prolonged for no good reason, not sure I would use again. I would rather invest my money on a site that values their customers and handles such complaints professionally.
