I have a balance of 20eth (eur 35,000) ( 2.1 I requested a withdrawal and 18.11 is balanced) and cant withdraw, as all my withdrawals are being rejected, as they said my account is not verified yet by their team. I submitted documents on 04th September, and as per their terms, they need 5 working days to verify, but it's now more than 5 days and still, my withdrawals are being rejected and their support team keeps telling me to wait!
I contact support a few times a day and the only reply I receive is to wait.
Please help me to withdraw my funds!
