I've been waiting to get verified for over a month now . i submitted the live selfie, proof of address, bank statement and even a picture of me with their website open on my laptop with my ID. they then waited almost two weeks to tell me that they need bank statements from September and december. i submitted that 2 WEEKS ago and i still didnt get any answer on my verification status.

hello, id like bongo casino to explain themselves please:
they asked me to provide receipts for two random transactions i made in october and i sent everything they needed to prove that transaction and now they are saying : "Kindly note that these are cropped screenshots, kindly send receipts showing all the transactions details for both payments. Thanks".
i sent them everything through screenshots as the transactions they are asking are online gambling deposits made on other casino website . so i provided them with screenshot from that specific casino showing the deposit proof.
