Account verification and withdrawal delays
I sent the documents to verify the account in order to withdraw 1923 euros, but after a 6-day wait I asked on the chat what was happening and they replied that they did not receive the email with the documents provided by me.
Later they asked me to split the mail in two and so I did. they confirmed to me that they received the documents and now I am waiting for their verification. you can contact this casino to speed up the verification process because it is not my fault that they do not receive emails. I am attaching proof that I sent the documents on 23.06.2022. I also attach the discussions with them on the chat.
Also, a week ago I managed to successfully withdraw 500 euros, but it seems that when the amount is higher this casino is late to make payments.
