You cant withdraw your money even after completed KYC

They won’t let you withdraw your money. I won 8500$ with 1000$ deposit and they declined all my withdrawals. I did full kyc and still can’t withdraw and I contacted the support and each time they give me a different timeframe for the withdraw and I had enough of contacting them without a solution. And I have screenshots of the attempts to withdraw + my huge win as well.

P.s 1: they will block your account instantly.

P.s: stay safe guys and don’t try this casino.

Please keep in mind that while we could understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is being finalized accordingly. P.s the platform chat is always empty which means its a scam
P.s : they claim to use coinspaid but after contacting coinspaid they ignored any acknowledgment or partnership with blizz
P.s : you ll never find any platform talking about this casino because it’s a scam

I tried to withdraw multiple times after i verified my kyc if you didn’t block me so i don’t screenshot my withdraw attempts after i verified my kyc and you canceled them all so i contacted the support and they said that there’s nothing they can do which made me frustrated and insulted them and they said they have 5000$ Limit and i did the limit but they canceled it … stay safe guys blizz is a scam you can contact the payment provider they claim to use and they will tell you they have no business with blizz casino because i did contact them

Withdrawal pending and no communication

I am filing this complaint regarding Blizz Casino and their failure to process my withdrawal and respond to my inquiries.

After winning, I submitted my withdrawal request and provided all requested documents for verification. All submissions were made according to their instructions, and I have not been asked for anything further.

However, my withdrawal has been in “Pending” status for over two weeks. During this time, it has become impossible to get in contact with the casino. I have:

Sent multiple emails without any reply

Spent an entire day waiting in the live chat queue without ever being connected to an agent

This complete lack of communication and prolonged delay in processing my withdrawal appears to be in breach of fair gaming and payout obligations.

Casino doesn't pay for two months

I have a fully verified account with Blizz.io casino and have successfully made several withdrawals in the past, all of which were processed without any issues. However, approximately two months ago, my withdrawal of 1.67 ETH was suddenly stalled.

Since then, I have sent numerous emails and reached out to live chat support multiple times. Unfortunately, the only response I have received has been to "please wait," with no further explanation or resolution provided.

Waiting on withdrawal

Hello I did a withdrawal on blizz 27 mars .

My withdrawal is still pending, have try many times to get in contact with them tru e mails to asked them why its withdrawal still on pending but no answer from them. I did use a bonus but beat the wager. I belive if i did something wrong like bonus abused they would have talk to me about it but nothing I have heard from them about anything, so I really have no clue what to do.

3150 usdt awaiting refund

Hi,

Well it all started more than 60 days ago, i used to be a Vip member and an active casino player of this casino. The thing is that i made a deposit to a binance smat chain wallet, instead of an ethereum wallet of $3000 usdt. Coinspaid, that its their payment provider, didnt support this chain payments, so i accepted that my money was gone. I started reviewing constantly to see, if they moved the funds or not. Because i know how the wallets works, and if they had acess to their private key they would be able to recover the funds if they wanted to. However, nothing happened for like 300 days, then i forgot and well i stopped playing in their casino.

Almost 3 months ago, i realised that they moved the funds, so i contacted my old Vip Manager Matt and he told me that now they supported binance smart chain wallets deposits, so they would be able to recover the funds but i would be charged 150 euros to handle the process (thats common in crypto) so i made a deposit to the casino site of that amount 150 euros = 176,28 usd (back then) and that money was withdrawn from my account by them. The other thing i would need to do was to sent this provider some information of the tx, and wait 60 days that usually they recover the funds in just 10 days, but it could take up to 60 days.

So i contacted them and sent the information, and that was it. I stopped reciving Blizz.io info about my payment, or the refund process, when i contacted coinspaid they told me they didnt handle with casino custommers directly. My Vip manager, stopped answering my emails. And now more than 66 days gone, and no refunds, no info nothing.

If i woulda sent the 150 euros to a personal wallet of the vip manager or something i would understand that maybe i was scammed (common in Crypto too) but i sent this money to the casino and the payment is shown. In addition, back then i also deposited to the wallet the casino provided, yea a different change (but they did supported Binance coin deposit of the binance smart chain wallet).

So all in all, i am just looking for what its mine by right, and maybe an answer of why they are delaying this much.

I have all the screenshots and i could send you any info you woould like of the emails, or my tx to the payment or the email to coinspaid.

Blizz casino stalling withdrawal of 2200 USD in BTC

I have problems receiving payments from Blizz casino. On 24 December i deposited 211 USD in BTC using their VIP bonus offer and won around 2200 USD in BTC. After I finished the wager requirements on the same day (24 December) I made a withdrawal of around 1200 USD and waited a couple of days for the funds to be processed.

Unfortunately the withdrawal was not processed. I have asked on live chat what is happening and they said to me not to worry because they will announce the finance department of my demand. On 7 January I canceled my 1200 withdrawal and made a smaller withdrawal of around 1000 USD hoping it would be processed. The story repeats, the staff on live-chat made several requests for me to the finance department but I didn't receive my withdrawal. I'm starting to get worried about my funds on Blizz casino, please help.

Delaying my cashout of 13100 USDT

Hi Askgamlers Team,

I'm trying to cashout my 13100 USDT from Blizz Casino. After the verification which already took over 2 weeks they delayed my withdrawal request.

I requested on the 30 November and I wrote the Livechat like every day. Sometimes they tell me it gonna processed in the next 24 hours but nothing happens.

On 3. December I asked again if there was any news but nothing happened still. Then they told me I should split up my request into 5 times 1000$ because it will be processed faster like this.

I mean I don't see any reason to do this but I did it.

Then again I wrote on 4. december to the chat and again they told me it would be sent out in the next 24 hours but obviously nothing happened again.

I have a lot of experience after playing over 8 years of online casinos on a lot of sites and I feel when someone trying to delay a cashout.

I request the casino to process my withdrawal in due time.

Payments delayed for days

1. Did verification
2. Submitted a withdrawal over 3500 $ in XRP coins on 12.11.23
3. Got messaged by Steve on 13.11.23 (Head of Customer Service) and told i hall split payments 3x 1000$ and one 500$ since it will be processed faster
4. Messaged my VIP Manager Matt to have him push it since VIPs should get a faster processing time than 48 hours.
5. First processed payment was 14.11 and second was 16.11 with alot of messaging both Steve and Matt twice a day and the Live Chat
6. I messaged Steve and Matt multiple times and got told they push finance. Matt told me they been at Sigma in Malta, thats why the teams have a delay in action, and he looks into it again. Since then nothing happened and i got told from live Chat that they send follow ups twice a day.

Finance isnt there on Weekends. Only Mo-Fr from 8-18 CET.

I please ask to process the outstanding payments since its 10 days now from requesting the original 3500$.

Casino refuse to pay out 8000 euro and retrospectively adding the terms

I won a big amount on Blizz.io 23 July. Chat informed me all was well and I would get paid. For 1.5 Month they kept declining my withdraw.

With no reason. All with excuses. I verified myself with all the documents there is available Payslip, POA, selfie holding my ID.

Each step was approved. Excused I got for non payment.

Cyber attack sorry for the delay, Cancel your withdraw and withdraw 5x 1000 euro this will work, 5000 euro showed as paid but only 3000 euro was paid.

After 1.5 month I tried to withdrawing remaining balance the whole casino went silence. No reason to delay my payment.

They finally sent me a new email. " Hello After further inspection of your account we have found out that you have been playing the game Mystery Jack Deluxe. This game is restricted for play with bonus money. ( see our bonus terms regarding restricted games "

They retrospectively added this to the term I am 100% sure this slot was not there.

Also the time line is really obvious, delaying the payment for 1 month paying me in bits and pieces until they see I am not gambling anymore. They confiscate the winnings.

Also their website don't allow you to play with forbidden games with bonus

" Bonus can be played with slots but certainly not all slots. The website will automatically reject your bet if you will use the bonus to some unsupported games "

Also the slot was allowed when when I played.

I think it is a mistake of the casino hopefully they can still pay me the rest.
