Withdrawal pending and no communication
I am filing this complaint regarding Blizz Casino and their failure to process my withdrawal and respond to my inquiries.
After winning, I submitted my withdrawal request and provided all requested documents for verification. All submissions were made according to their instructions, and I have not been asked for anything further.
However, my withdrawal has been in “Pending” status for over two weeks. During this time, it has become impossible to get in contact with the casino. I have:
Sent multiple emails without any reply
Spent an entire day waiting in the live chat queue without ever being connected to an agent
This complete lack of communication and prolonged delay in processing my withdrawal appears to be in breach of fair gaming and payout obligations.
