Delays US$3,700 cashout without any valid reason and gives ensdless excuses to not to pay

Recently I registered at Blizz Casino. I was playing with and without bonuses, prerry actively, and made two successful cashouts, about $700 each. I normally deposit 400-1000 per gaming session, sometimes even more.
In one of my session I won approximately $3700 and requested a cashout, which was requested several times. After that Blizz Casino requested a verification, which I completed, and my account is verified. During verification I sent numerous emails to casino, with questions, which were never replied back to me.
And since 28th of January, all I hear is that "relevant department is dealing with it". I tried ti initiate contact nearly every day, and every time I got almost identical replies.
So, Blizz Casino is deliberately delaying my $3700 cashout, and giving various excuses about delay.

I'm not sure about what "KYC issue" we are talking here, since my account was verified BEFORE I was able to request a cashout not to be cancelled almost immediately, and no additional documents were requested by the Blizz Casino after that.
Anyway, I would like to confirm that my cashout was approved and processed, couple of hours after I submitted this partucular complaint . The issue is resolved.
