Withdrawal options locked after success KYC

I'm opening this complaint against blazespins casino because I've been stuck in their verification loop for 4 months now, and I'm completely out of options.

I won around 3600 euro on 6 of July; the casino asked me to upload my KYC documents. I sent everything over right away. Since then, absolutely nothing has happened. My account is just sitting there "under review". Whenever I check in with live chat, the support agents just give me the same old runaround. They tell me they can't do anything from their end and that I need to email the security team. I've sent multiple emails to their support address over the past few months, but they are just ignoring me — not a single reply or update. Waiting 4 months for a standard document check is ridiculous. It really feels like the casino is just ignoring me on purpose to avoid paying out my money.

I'm really hoping the AskGamblers team can step in and get blazespins to finally look at my documents so I can get my funds.

I made two deposits to my account and tried to withdraw funds, but they asked me to verify my identity, even though their advertisements say no verification is required.

I submitted all the necessary documents, and everything is correct, yet the verification process has been ongoing for weeks.

What should I do?

This casino has been unable to verify my documents for two months, and because of this, I can’t withdraw my money.

Customer support isn’t helping at all, and neither are the emails I’ve sent.

Even though I’ve lost about $700, they’re stalling to avoid paying me the $200 I’m owed. The first time, because they didn’t verify my documents for a week, I lost $2,800.

Please help me resolve this issue.

I am filing a complaint against Blaze Spins regarding two withdrawals totaling €5,822.40.

The withdrawals were:

* €1,634.28 — withdrawal ID 15821942 — 19 June 2026

* €4,188.12 — withdrawal ID 15859048 — 21 June 2026

My account is fully verified. Both withdrawals were made to my Skrill account, and Blaze Spins shows both as successfully processed, but neither payment has ever arrived in Skrill.

I have already contacted Blaze Spins multiple times and submitted formal complaints, but the issue remains unresolved, and I have not received satisfactory proof that the funds were actually sent.

I have now contacted Skrill and requested an investigation to confirm whether these payments were ever received, rejected, or returned.

I am asking Blaze Spins to provide proof of payment for both withdrawals, including the relevant Skrill transaction/payment references, or to release the €5,822.40 owed to me.

After successfully passing the KYC procedure in two months on the 28th of December 2025 (evidence showed in email),

my withdrawal on the third of february was denied and I received another email asking for a video verification,

which I have sent immediately.On the same day, I requested the support to send me an answer to be sure they recieved the video, but no answer ever came.

I have sent another email on the 8th of april 2026 (two months later), but no answer recieved.

Today 7th of August 2026, I formally demand Blaze Spins (registration number 129024 Marshall Islands) to proceed with the withdrawal.

19 july I deposited €50 on blazespins and took a 100% match bonus. That same evening I submitted a withdrawal request for the amount of €150. Not long after, I got an email stating there was a technical issue, and that I should try and make a withdrawal again in 12 hours. I contacted support to ask about the technical issue but they were unresponsive.

I made a new withdrawal request after 12+ hours, and the payment was declined due to removal of the bonus. Their email said, "Once that is completed, you’ll be able to submit a new withdrawal request without any issues."

I submitted a new request right after but again I got an email saying there was a technical error, and i should try again in 12 hours. This is unacceptable.

I would like blazespins to process my withdrawal. There are no technical deposit issues but consistently technical withdrawal issues? And the wait time of 12 hours to try again? For what, to get a new email for the third time saying there was a technical issue and wait another 12 hours? They claim they process payouts in 15 min., which just adds insult to injury.

We are talking about a small withdrawal of €100. €95 actually due to a withdrawal fee of €5. My deposit was €50, so it's only €45 profit.

I made a withdrawal on the 14th June for €1206.5.

I was then asked to submit a couple of documents for KYC. I did so the same day.

I followed this up and was told it will be 5 working days. This has more than passed. And yet still no progress.

I've followed this up and made a formal complaint.

I would appreciate any assistance you can provide with this matter.
