Just won an important amount and suddenly the casino was not able to pay my withdrawal. As a reminder there is a daily limit (2500 usd). Since 3 days they pretend to have a technical issue to pay out.
When it started, they asked me to try 1000 usd only and of course it worked…
Anyway… 24 hours later, impossible to withdraw. 3 days they give me the same answer. Problem with their payment process program and I am still not able to withdraw.
My withdrawal is still in a pending status.
