Waiting for my withdrawals

Hello,

I won about 50.000 kroner on the 21/6. I have used my own money, no bonus. They have a time limit of 96 hours. And they have a limit of withdrawals of 5000 per day, and three withdrawals can be waiting for approval at the same time. I got paid about 5000 two days after I asked for the withdrawals.

Then it all stopped. I have now 15.000 waiting to be processed, 30.000 that I haven’t been able to even ask for a withdrawal from.

I have been asking them why it’s been delayed, and they give me the same reason every time. That it’s delayed and the financial department is currently reviewing this.

And that’s kind of strange because I already have gotten 5000.

I have tried to verify my account, but it says I don’t have to do that.

It’s frustrating that they don’t have any real reason why they hold back my winnings, and I can’t do anything about it.

Withdrawal delayed with no proper response

I got free spins, played through, made a verification deposit, and submitted a withdrawal.

Their timeline was 96 hrs of working days. I made a withdrawal request on 21 Feb, but the withdrawal has not been credited, even after a week.

Support is responding that they have escalated the issue, but still no withdrawal arrived.

After wagering, withdrawal came around 16 euros, and I made another withdrawal request on 27 Feb, which is under their 96 hrs timeframes.

Refusing to pay the maximum cash out

BillyBets casino offered me a 33% bonus via email. The email clearly says the max bonus is 777 EUR and the max win is 1500 eur.

I fulfilled the wagering requirements and had a 1600 EUR balance after the wager.

Instead of lowering my balance to 1500 EUR, they lowered my balance to 333eur.

Now they are saying the maximum win from that deposit bonus is 5x the bonus amount and asking me to check their rules. However, their own rules say, 5x bonus maximum cashout applies only for NO-DEPOSIT bonuses. And again, this specific deposit bonus should have a 1500 EUR maximum cashout as written in the email. Attached is the bonus, their casino rules, and their chat, which is giving wrong information

Their chat is also all the time saying different things, like: the email says maximum bonus is 1500 EUR, when the email actually doesn't say that, it says maximum win is 1500 EUR.
