Delayed withdrawal

I made a withdrawal on the 9th of August.

Casino agents confirmed it was approved for payout.

After 96 hours, the casino cancelled the payment and stated the bank rejected it. I had to do a second withdrawl and wait another 96 hours, which expires tomorrow.

After contacting the Bank, they gave confirmation in an email that no $900 payment was received or deposited into my bank. All chat logs have been documented.

They are withholding my funds and accusing the bank of declining payment and also abusing myself for canceling payment, which I didn't.

I just want my funds paid out without the runaround

On 10 July 2026, I had €9,000 in pending withdrawals. I requested that my account be restricted because I suffer from a gambling addiction. As a result, my account was restricted and eventually closed to prevent me from losing the €9,000 that was in my account. They closed my account.

The casino paid €3,000 on 10.07.2026 and informed me that the remaining €6,000 would be paid manually. However, to this day, I have not received the remaining funds.

I provided my bank account details exactly as requested and fully complied with all of their instructions. They have since stated that they are carrying out additional checks. However, they have refused to explain what these additional checks are or why they are necessary.

I therefore request the immediate withdrawal and payment of my remaining account balance of €6,000 to my bank account without any further unnecessary delay.

I won about 50.000 kroner on the 21/6. I have used my own money, no bonus. They have a time limit of 96 hours. And they have a limit of withdrawals of 5000 per day, and three withdrawals can be waiting for approval at the same time. I got paid about 5000 two days after I asked for the withdrawals.
