Unfair confiscation of winnings
I've opened an account with betsafe two years ago. I haven't made any deposit or played anything at their casino.
I saw on their homepage about 100% bonus on first deposit and 50% on second. I asked them if it was okay for me to use this bonus due to the fact that I've never played there. They welcomed me gratefully and told me that I am more then welcome to play with the bonus. I made my first deposit and choose the first bonus on 100%. I was unfortunelly not lucky and lost it all. Two days after o choose to give it another chance and deposited again. This time I was lucky and won big. 10000SEK was the winnings. I came in chat and asked if they needed documents, and they said no it's okay your withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours but hopefully sooner. I was so happy and requested the withdrawal and waited. But time went on and the withdrawal wasn't processed. I came in the chat and asked them many times if there was an issue and they needed documents from me. That said several times no we don't. After 48 hours I got an email saying they confiscated my winnings and my deposit. This is what they said. Were very sorry but we have noticed that you have more then one account and the accounts have been opened together. There for we have confiscated your winnings and your deposits should be withdrawn back to your account.
And I know that this is not true. If I wasn't entitled to the bonus from the start they should have not given it to me. But they didn't complain when I lost the first deposit. But now when I won they care a lot.
I have uploaded the documents they asked for and still they tell me to send my documents. And now they have also blocked the account and refuse to answer any of my emails or phone call. I sit in chat all time with them and all they say that this is being looked in to. But I've seen how they behave to other players here and I don't feel that this will do so much but better to so it anyway. I feel that of the casino didn't accept the winnings they shouldn't have accepted my deposits as well. I would never have made a deposit if I wouldn't get the bonus. There for they should pay me my winnings or both my deposits back. I have tried 100 times in chat for them to send me an email about this but they refuse to do so. This is not right against players who think they can play at their casino..
For notice. I did not create two account, and I have not breach their terms and conditions. As stated I've been a player there for two years. If anyone or anything have created within my IP address there should be me who are entitled to the bonuses and usage of the account.
