Hi, I opened my account in Betsafe.com casino nearly a year ago but right after my deposit my account was locked and I could not use my 200euro to play.
after I contacted betsafe support recently, I have been asked to provide my personal documents, and after my account was opened , I have been told that i need to wager my deposit once and withdraw it only back to my neteller account. After I reopened again my neteller account, I made a withdrawal , but then they changed their decision again and told me that I can withdraw it only to my bank account. I asked to keep my privacy with my bank but they ignored my request and refuse to pay me back to my neteller , as they promised me first. please read their email to me :

Yes, we have checked and you have wagered the deposit now, but you still need to withdraw to your Neteller account as mentioned before. Your initial deposits were made by that method.

I have no idea how this casino really works and how they make their decision
but one thing is for sure, I followed exactly their instructions to me and all I want
is to receive my money back to my neteller account.
