I registered on the site www.betsafe.com on 10.06.2018 and made 3 deposits using a Skrill for a total of 500 euros.
I did not take any bonuses.
Some time later my balance was reduced to 251 EUR.
13.06.2018 I decided to take the remaining money and ordered the withdrawal of money to my Skrill account in the amount of 251 EUR.
I was asked to verify my betsafe gaming account and I uploaded photos of my passport, an electricity bill and a selfie with a passport on the site.
Documents have been successfully verified, as you can see in the attached file "Betsafe_verif_docs_ok" (this appeared after loading all the requested documents).
16.06.2018 the amount of 251 EUR requested for withdrawal was returned to my account.
The history of deposits and withdrawals you can see if you open the file "Betsafe_deps&withdraws".
Currently, access to my account is closed and my money in the amount of 251 EUR is assigned by the bookmaker.
I ask you to investigate this situation and help me to return my money.

Based on the fact that player himself admitted that MGA ruled in the casino's favor, and since the MGA is the official regulatory body whose decisions are of the highest priority when it comes to complaints related matters referring to Betsafe Casino, AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other option but to mark this case as resolved in casino's favor as well.

Earlier I complained to the regulator (MGA), and received the following reply:
"Further to the below case, please be informed that we have received information from the representative of BML Group Limited (betsafe.com) who have informed the MGA that the documents you have provided were not verified and not approved. The operator provided information and data which is extracted from their internal systems. This they do as part of the ongoing investigations that the MGA orders when a player complaint is received. This information is of a sensitive nature and cannot be provided to the player as is your case. In your specific case, the information was passed to the MGA and examined in detail so as to confirm the Operator’s explanation of events. From the Authority’s end, it was determined that the Operator acted in accordance to the regulations and Terms and Conditions.
We wish to remind you that when you created your account you agreed to adhere to the Terms and Conditions and therefore the MGA cannot offer you further support with this specific case seeing that you had agreed to such Terms. We will have to consider the complaint case closed."
As you can see from the regulator's response, I was not provided with explanations and evidence that I violated any of the rules.
I can assume that the regulator is an interested party of the matter, as it receives money from Betsafe for licensing, and therefore may have an arrangement between Betsafe and the MGA in resolving disputes with players in favor of the bookmaker.
I have no proof of this, so these are just my assumptions.
I fully trust Askgamblers and ask you to act as an independent third party in this case.
If Betsafe has any evidence that I have violated any Betsafe rules, I ask Betsafe to provide them to Askgamblers.
I will accept your decision unconditionally.

I have investigated the complaint made by the customer and unfortunately due to the sensitivity of the information, I am unfortunately not able to supply any details as to why our security department has rejected the customer's documentation.
On the other hand, regarding the screenshot named " Betsafe_verif_docs_ok" I would like to confirm that this message is displayed as soon as documents are uploaded and is in no way saying that documentation has been reviewed and actually approved.
I can only once more invite customer to contact regulator where we will be able to give any further details, as we confirm our initial decision.
