Casino delays account verification
I played the deposit bonus they offered at the casino on March 10, 2026. I deposited €200 and after playing for a long time, I was able to roll over the bonus and the balance to withdraw was €1962. I submitted a withdrawal request the same day, but a few days later my withdrawal was canceled, and I couldn't withdraw my money anymore. I verified my account correctly and everything went through in the end, but my account is still not fully verified, even though all the documents I uploaded went through. No additional documents are currently required. It's been over two weeks since my last upload, and I've been asking customer service almost every day why my account is still not verified. Every time I just get the answer: "It'll take a while, we'll get back to you by email". However, it's been so long that this just seems like unnecessary delay... Thank you in advance for your help!
