My account was blocked without giving a reason
Good day. I want to file a complaint against this company. I had the following situation.
I made two sports bets, both were refunded. After that I received an email notification that my account would be blocked for breaking the rules, but it didn't say what rules I had broken! The message said that I could contact the company by email to clarify the reasons (screenshot 1).
I sent them a letter with a proposal if I violated something, although I do not understand the reason for the violation, since I did not receive information on this issue. My proposal was the following: I offered them to return my deposit and we part peacefully forever (Screenshot - 2) But I did not receive any answer.
I ask you for help, if possible, because I believe that I have been treated unfairly.
