I received the first withdrawal of 500 euros, after that I waited another 3 days and on the 4th day they sent me an interesting letter. (attaching a screenshot). To which I answer them that I did not violate anything and if you are already conducting some kind of investigation, then notify me of the time frame, to which I did not receive an answer. I was in good contact with them, often communicated with live support, everything was fine, but at that moment they decided to simply steal my money.
