Casino delaying my payment for a 40 days

Good day. I want to file a complaint against this company. I had the following situation.

I made two sports bets, both were refunded. After that I received an email notification that my account would be blocked for breaking the rules, but it didn't say what rules I had broken! The message said that I could contact the company by email to clarify the reasons (screenshot 1).

I sent them a letter with a proposal if I violated something, although I do not understand the reason for the violation, since I did not receive information on this issue. My proposal was the following: I offered them to return my deposit and we part peacefully forever (Screenshot - 2) But I did not receive any answer.

I ask you for help, if possible, because I believe that I have been treated unfairly.

Hello, a very interesting story happened with these newcomers to the market, I came to them, started playing, lost, won everything as always, they handed me a VIP statute and everything was fine. I received the first withdrawal of 500 euros, after that I waited another 3 days and on the 4th day they sent me an interesting letter. (attaching a screenshot). To which I answer them that I did not violate anything and if you are already conducting some kind of investigation, then notify me of the time frame, to which I did not receive an answer. I was in good contact with them, often communicated with live support, everything was fine, but at that moment they decided to simply steal my money.
