Betibet withdrawals just pending for 7 days

I have opened an account at BetiBet and also made some deposits.

Have NOT got Any free spin/bet or Bonus. Just betted for my own Money.

Put in around 1000 Euro, lots some of the money. But finally, I was good/lucky and won and won… all on Sportsbets

I made 1 withdrawal of 800 Euro to my NETELLER account. Which was transferred to NETELLER within 24 Hours.

I'm verified, now I made 7 Withdraws since last Monday (7 days ago now)

But nothing happens. Have been chatting (and e-mailing) my VIP manager, and his answer is the same always: Payouts are done manually, so may take some time. Now it's been 7 days and nothing has happened

These withdraws are still PENDING:

18/6 800 Euro

19/6 1000 Euro

20/6 1000 Euro

21/6 2000 Euro

And then there are 3 more made in the weekend.

I'm starting to be worried. Can you please help me?

Betibet is a < offensive language > joke…..

Stay Away from this casino / betting site.

When you have withdraws… the only Way they react is by making a complain on this site (askgamblers)

Otherwise they just keeps the withdraws pending!

Please close my account - I Will never bet there again

Thanks - the only issue is the long waiting time for the withdraws to be released.

The 1800 Euros is pending Allready. So as soon as these are released i Will be happy to close this complain and rate your site AGAIN as a 5 star betting site.

Rejected withdrawal with no reason

Hello,
I have problems with pay out an amount of 1847€ from Betibet Casino. I pay out last week without problems arround 450€, but now when I win litlle more they delayed my pay out.
I try to pay-out on 19.03- 1000€ and today at 12.43 a clock I receive an e-mail that withdrawal was canceled. I try to write in chat and Amy, vip manager, says that is because of the daily limit was execeedet. But I didn’t make any pay out since 11.03 so what have to do with daily limit I don’t know…
I made a payout again today 1000€ and I have 847€ waiting to be payd out.but I don’t trust them, because can be in 2 days they will cancel it with no reason. I see that they lie to me and say that Withdrawal was canceled yesterday “due to the daily limit” but was canceled today at 12.43. Thank you very much and I apreciate your help!

Pending withdrawal for 5 days straight

Hi community!

I just want to ask about some help. On the Friday the 13th so 5 days ago I made a withdrawal of 1000euros. To this day the withdrawal is PENDING. They said that the daily limit is 1000 euros. So next day and so on I have tried to withdraw another 1000 and I got messages that the daily limit is 1000 ( even though I haven't made any other withdrawals on 14th, 15th and so on. ) Then they told me that I could make another request once my PENDING withdrawal is accepted. Ok, I understood that. But it's taking 5 days! In the terms and Conditions, they should pay out in the maximum of 3 days.

I am fully verified. Had successful withdrawals in the past. But I have never won so much. It was always 600/800 euros. And now when I finally won BIG. I can't get my funds.

The VIP manager comes out with the same thing. Over and over again.

I'm starting to be worried. Because until now I was really happy with this casino!

BETiBet Casino - Not accepting my withdrawals

Hi, i have been trying to get my money from this site since august 26. customer support is not really interested in helping me either.
Attempting withdrawal multiple times, account is fully verified so i’ve done my part.
I have 1000 € ~ pending withdrawal, when i have talked to support they just give a copy-paste answer everytime with no indication of when im actually getting my money, only the same «first serve» answer. Really disappointed in the lack of real customer support on this matter. I like the website and sportsbook, but i’m not getting my money after several attempts… is it possible to get help?

My selfies keep getting refused

To verify my account and withdraw my winnings, I have submitted valid documents from all three required categories on Betibets website, Proof of identity, address and payment method. Betibet has since requested that to further prove my identity, I need to upload a selfie - this is in addition to my uploaded driver's license which has already been approved. This complaint argues that the way the selfies are demanded are not fair.

First of all, Betibet's terms and conditions state nothing about selfies as KYC verification. Nevertheless I complied. I have since carefully taken and sent about 7 selfies, which have all been declined. The reasonings were many and shifting. Obviously a clear image was required with a visible face. But I also had to, in one hand, hold my driver's license and a written note, where the whole hand should be visible along with clear details of the documents. I tried my best, but if I got too far, supposedly, the details weren't clear enough, and if I got too close, I couldn't get my whole face and hand in the picture. I honestly don't believe it can be done much better than what I did.

This correspondence, which I document in this complaint with my attached screenshots, obviously has no relevance to KYC. Having me walk around inside and outside my apartment to take selfies with my valid documents, in various fashions, should be pretty convincing, regarding that I am who I say I am. Especially since the driver's license and my face match. It seems like a deliberate attempt to stall my withdrawal. I know this is not uncommon, and previously I have in similar situations with other bookmakers who kept trying until I finally got my uploaded selfie accepted. But this time it just seems impossible.

So please, AskGamblers, help me make Betibet come to their senses and verify me.

They closed my account without letting me withdraw

Hi, BetiBet has informed me that they will be closing accounts in my country. I have made a withdrawal request in time. They have cancelled it and asked for some documents along with a selfie with a piece of paper and I have provided everything to them via the account and email when the account became inaccessible.

They just keep closing my request when I write to their email support, or answering that i should contact my personal manager which I did several times and he didn't answer me even once.

Please help me get my money back!

Refusing to pay because of made up reasons

Hello,

After more than a week, Betibet is refusing to pay out my money, and refusing to provide an official complaint procedure after several tries.

They are saying they are "checking bets" without explanation, and they state they are checking bets that were already voided by time for incorrect starting times.

So I want to make it clear I have tried everything, even though the VIP manager answers quickly they refuse to tell me how can bets that are void are being checked and why, and even if that it cant take 10 days to check a bet. I just want to withdraw my money and I didn't ask for the bets to be settled as winning. They even said to themselves that if it's incorrect starting time the bets are void, which they did.

So they are making up some kind of check. I have sent all documents, selfies with paper, etc., and was verified a long time ago. Please help.
