Won't pay out 40 000 NOK

So, i did a withdrawl on bethard casino 14th october 10 days ago for 40.000 nok.

after sending in documents for verfication, the documents were accepted and the withdrawl aswell. Got an e-mail from them saying money where on the way and it would take 1-5 working days before they showed up on my account. this is now 10 days ago, the 5th day i sent them an e-mail asking about the money getting answered that the payment provider has a techinal issue but they won``t tell me what the issue is or anything.. i`ve wroten e-mails to them and they are answering me on every mail but they just write the same on every mail, saying that they have contacted the provider and are "chasing my cause",
I dont know, it just sounds strange to me to have a "tecinal issue" with the provider?
i have also mentioned if it were possible with a skrill transcation instead of bank transcation if that was the case but they did not answer me on that question..

They also wrote to me that they are working on the problem so that me and other who are waiting for a withdrawl dont have to wait longer.
So also wondering if anyone in here have the same problem and might have gotten their money ? getting tired of waiting at least, i want my money

This is still not acceptable, its been 15 days now.

You say that this is an "extreme rarely chase" but almost every other complain on this site is about the same thing, costumers that dont get their withdrawl.

I quote for example a fellow countryman writing on askgamblers in a similiar problem:
"It is not the customers that are to take care of how moneytransactions problems are to be solved, when Bethard accept customers from Norway, Bethard must provide transactions methods that are working,"

If you were a serious company this would be solved in the matter of hours if you accualy had a "techinal problem with the providers"
I don`t understand how this can take so long time, you need over two weeks to see if my name is on a list? i have even asked if you can do a transcation in another method, as i have a skrill account and you don`t even answer me.

I don`t care how you fix it, just fix it and i really don`t want to hear another "APOLOGIZEING on the behalf of our provider" it seems to me that you guys are the one that should start apologize now and not the so called provider as this has taken so long time.

Hello Team,

In my Case, Delayed Payment of 255 000 SEK for more than 10 days and I am questioning the intent of BetHard Team. They want to Spoil the fun of customer and make customer suffer for withdrawal

Chronology of Events

1st April start Playing

3rd April Lost 13 000 SEK

3rd April Hit big in Some Hands got 259 500 SEK

3rd April - Initiated Withdrawal

3rd April - Asked to Get Verified

4th April - Submitted all the Document and Got Verified with 7 Hours

5th April - Followed up on withdrawal status with BetHard Customer Support (on Chatbot) - Unclear on why it is Delayed (1st Chatbot based Reminder)

6th April - Followed up on withdrawal status with BetHard Customer Support (on Chatbot) - Unclear on why it is Delayed - Requested for Escalation (2nd Chatbot based Reminder)

7th April Followed up on withdrawal status with BetHard Customer Support (on Chatbot) - was told I am under Routine Check up - No timeline is given (3rd Chatbot based Reminder)


8th April Followed up on withdrawal status with BetHard Customer Support (email ) - was told I am under Routine Check up - No timeline is given (1st Email Reminder)

12th April Followed up on withdrawal status with BetHard Customer Support (email ) - was told I am under Routine Check up - No timeline is given (2nd Email Reminder - 8 Days delayed )

12th April Followed up on withdrawal status with BetHard Customer Support (email ) - was told I am under Routine Check up - Asked to Verify the phone number - I confirmed Phone number - No timeslot for call is given (3rd Email Reminder - 10 Days delayed )

Now am questioning the intent of BetHard Team They want to Spoil the fun of customer and make customer suffer
