BetHard Casino - Makes it impossible to verify account and request €83 withdrawal

At first sorry for my bad english.
I made it to win 52€ at the Bethard Christmas Promotion 2018. I tried to withdraw the money but they wrote me an email that i have to deposit and wager 30€ at first. Which i did. Afterwards i tried to withdraw the now 82€ and they told me i have to verify my account. No problem i thought as experienced online gambler. I have to send an actual bill and a valid ID. I had to upload scans and fotos of four different bills (bank writing, utility bill and normal bills) till they accepted my addressverification because they did not accept Scans and/or Bills for no reason and always wanted something differt and more. At this point i allready became a little bit skeptical because normally i had to upload only a scan of one bill at other online Gambling Operators to verify my address. And i have verified accounts at around 40 online Gambling Operators.
But okay, afterwards i uploaded a scan of my valid european union driving licence. Again it was not accepted, so i had to send a foto of my driving licence. Now i got the info they do not accept "such documents". I was a litte bit confused why a document that is valid in the whole european union should not be okay for bethard, but they could/want not tell me. Like at the bills before they only asked for more and other IDs. Which i do not have at the moment. I do not need a passport right now because i can travel the whole european union with my driving licence. I also would have to pay more than 60 Euro on fees (more than my winnings!) for a passport which i do not need - okay, only for bethard. I told them this things but they still did not accept my valid european union driving licence for no reason and without telling me why. So i sent them additionally an officially signed PDF from the government which confirms that my european union driving licence is valid and also gave them the contactdetails from the Department of Transportation if they have any further questions. The friendly support man in the chat told me the document was accepted. I asked if my account is verified now and he told me he can not say for sure and they will come back again soon to me by email. This was on the 14.01.2019. Then i heard nothing from Bethard for a long time. I waited one week and thought maybe they need further information and are in contact with the Department of Transportation and answers from authoritys always take there time. But today after two weeks i went to the chat again and asked why this takes so long, what they were doing in the meanwhile and if they got all the needed information from the Department of Transportation to verify my account.
It turned out they did nothing in this two weeks. They did not check the PDF, they did not get in contact with the Department and they also did not send me an email - like i already wrote. The man in the Chat even denied again to answer the question why they do not accept my driving licence. He only played the same endless game (please upload more documents) like before.
Please help me. I do not know what to do more now. I did everything i can and i sent bethard more Documents than any other online Gambling Operator (where i have verified accounts) and they just ask for more without any reason.

Hello,

I was in direct contact with the Payment-Department at Bethard today and i think we were able to clear up eyerything finally now. For some reason an IBAN of my local bank was seen as the mine at Bethard by mistake. But now it seems to work, i could withdraw and i already got the message from Bethard that the money is on the way.

I uploaded even more documents from my bank to bethard and Finn "Teamleader Bethard.com" wrote me an email (February 22, 2019 6:42 PM) that my bank account is verified too now and i have a full verified account at Bethard now.
I was very happy that this seems to be over now.
Afterwards Bethard canceled my withdrawal and asked for further documents if i want to withdraw on my bankaccount. This is ridiculous. I give up now. I see no realistic chance to get my money. I think they just like to make fun of me. It is only a waste of time. I have never seen anything like this and i am playing online for about 20 years now. My last hope are you at Askgamblers. If Bethard does not let you look into my account, i can send you screenshots of every section from my account at Bethard you need and all the documents i uploaded to them too.
I add a screenshot of the verification section of my account to this post so everybody can see, that i have verified my ID, my address, my bankaccount and my skrill-wallet successful but they dont let me withdraw on any option. (Uploading seems still not working, i send again it to askgamblers by mail and ask them if they can add it please to this post like last time.)

In my Case, Delayed Payment of 255 000 SEK for more than 10 days and I am questioning the intent of BetHard Team. They want to Spoil the fun of customer and make customer suffer for withdrawal

Chronology of Events

1st April start Playing

3rd April Lost 13 000 SEK

3rd April Hit big in Some Hands got 259 500 SEK

3rd April - Initiated Withdrawal

3rd April - Asked to Get Verified

4th April - Submitted all the Document and Got Verified with 7 Hours

5th April - Followed up on withdrawal status with BetHard Customer Support (on Chatbot) - Unclear on why it is Delayed (1st Chatbot based Reminder)

6th April - Followed up on withdrawal status with BetHard Customer Support (on Chatbot) - Unclear on why it is Delayed - Requested for Escalation (2nd Chatbot based Reminder)

7th April Followed up on withdrawal status with BetHard Customer Support (on Chatbot) - was told I am under Routine Check up - No timeline is given (3rd Chatbot based Reminder)
