Impossible to verify since they ask for a document that doesn't exist


Bethard will not verify my account and is continually asking for a document that doesn't exist which leaves me no option to withdraw. I deposited via visa debit card and I'm located in Canada. After sending in over 20 pics of myself holding my passport they finally approvied that document. They keep saying that i need proof of ownership of my debit card since it does not have my name on it. I sent them the front and the back of the card, bank statement which includes my full name, proof of the transaction and also account information. The problem is they keep saying that it doesn't show my debit card number. For CIBC in Canada they do not show the debit card number online or on statements for security purposes. I even offered to get a stamped bank statement but that wasn't good enough. They've stopped returning my emails and everytime I go on live chat I get the same generic answer. Please help and thank you

In my Case, Delayed Payment of 255 000 SEK for more than 10 days and I am questioning the intent of BetHard Team. They want to Spoil the fun of customer and make customer suffer for withdrawal

Chronology of Events

1st April start Playing

3rd April Lost 13 000 SEK

3rd April Hit big in Some Hands got 259 500 SEK

3rd April - Initiated Withdrawal

3rd April - Asked to Get Verified

4th April - Submitted all the Document and Got Verified with 7 Hours

5th April - Followed up on withdrawal status with BetHard Customer Support (on Chatbot) - Unclear on why it is Delayed (1st Chatbot based Reminder)

6th April - Followed up on withdrawal status with BetHard Customer Support (on Chatbot) - Unclear on why it is Delayed - Requested for Escalation (2nd Chatbot based Reminder)

7th April Followed up on withdrawal status with BetHard Customer Support (on Chatbot) - was told I am under Routine Check up - No timeline is given (3rd Chatbot based Reminder)


8th April Followed up on withdrawal status with BetHard Customer Support (email ) - was told I am under Routine Check up - No timeline is given (1st Email Reminder)

12th April Followed up on withdrawal status with BetHard Customer Support (email ) - was told I am under Routine Check up - No timeline is given (2nd Email Reminder - 8 Days delayed )
