Betcoin Disabled account

For the past four days, I have been unable to log in to my Betcoin account, receiving the message: "This account is disabled." I initially reached out to customer support, but they informed me that they couldn't assist and directed me to an email address. Since then, I have sent multiple emails daily without receiving any response or acknowledgment.

After that, I submitted several support tickets, but I have yet to receive any reply. Over the last two days, I have also attempted to reach customer support via live chat multiple times, but no one has responded—not even with a greeting. I have waited for hours without any acknowledgment.

I have a large amount of money in my account and need clarification regarding my balance, as well as an urgent withdrawal. I’m unable to determine the exact amount since I had pending sports bets the night my account was unexpectedly closed without any explanation from the site.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Betcoin Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

I want to start by making one thing absolutely clear: I do not use any “valuebet service” or “steam chasing.” What I do is analyze the market myself, compare odds across different bookmakers, and place bets where I see the best value. I do this without any program, algorithm, or external service. If you claim otherwise, prove it immediately.

Furthermore, admitting that I try to find value in odds is not a violation. Every bettor aims to find value in their bets—should you start banning all players who only place bets they believe to be profitable? That would be absurd and completely unprofessional.

What is a serious violation, however, is the fact that you have stolen my money. Not only have you confiscated my winnings, but you have also taken my initial deposit of approximately €2,000. This is disgraceful and proves that you are not operating as a legitimate bookmaker.

I demand the following:
1. Full transparency regarding the exact evidence you claim to have sent to Askgamblers. If you accuse me of violating your terms, I have the right to see concrete proof.
2. An explanation as to why you never warned me about any alleged rule violation before shutting down my account. A legitimate bookmaker restricts a player’s sportsbook access if they disapprove of their betting strategy—they do not retroactively confiscate funds.
3. A complete transaction history that shows exactly what has happened to my balance, including how you handled my pending bets at the time of account closure.
4. An immediate withdrawal of my rightful balance, including my initial deposit.

If you fail to do this, I will:
• Demand that Askgamblers review whether your actions align with industry standards.
• Explore the possibility of reporting you to the appropriate gaming authority for unethical behavior and potential fraud.
• Make this situation public across various forums to warn other players never to deposit money with you.

Your handling of this case is absolutely disgraceful, and I expect an immediate resolution.

Why can’t you be transparent about the details of "this player" in this complaint as well?

I openly admit that my primary use of your site was for value betting and trying to beat your closing odds. Sometimes I did, sometimes I didn’t—but is that illegal? No. When a casino site dislikes value bettors, the standard practice is to restrict access to the sportsbook, and that’s the end of it.

What is illegal, however, is stealing people’s money—especially in such a disgraceful manner, without even responding under any circumstances. All I want is to resolve this situation and receive my rightful funds.
