Delay in a refund

Please, I've been waiting for a refund of 80.36 euros since February 27th.

On March 7th, I was asked for a bank statement to prove that I hadn't received the refund. I sent it and haven't received any response.

I've accessed the chat every day since then, and they just tell me to wait while the department in charge is working.

I think more than one month for a refund is more than enough.

Please, I need a solution as soon as possible.

Withdrawal blocked impossible crypto wallet verification

I am filing this complaint because I am unable to withdraw my funds from this casino despite completing all requested verification steps.
I have successfully provided the following documents:
    •    Valid proof of identity (KYC approved)
    •    Proof of address
    •    Proof of deposits made to the platform
    •    A recent bank statement as proof of funds
All of the above are standard and sufficient verification documents, yet my withdrawal has not been processed.
The casino is now requesting a “certificate of cryptocurrency wallet ownership” that includes my name, email address, and possibly my physical address and phone number.
This requirement is technically impossible to fulfill when using centralized cryptocurrency exchanges such as MEXC. Wallet addresses provided by such platforms are not issued under a personal name and do not display ownership details like name or email in a single document. I have already submitted screenshots from MEXC showing my deposit transactions, clearly demonstrating the origin of the funds and my activity.
I have explained this limitation to the support team multiple times, but they continue to repeat the same request without offering any alternative solution or acknowledging the issue.
This leads me to believe that the requirement is being used as a deliberate obstacle to prevent or delay my withdrawal.
I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any reasonable and technically valid verification. However, I cannot provide documents that do not exist.
I kindly request the immediate processing of my withdrawal or a fair and realistic alternative for verification.

They asked me 10 times for same documents to verify

Hello I have problem with this casino. I played only one time in july and I won almost 5k euro. Since then, they are making me verify same documents that I sent by now for sure more than 5 times. Everything I verify, they ask me to send again new documents for address verification and deposit again. Every time I send that and they just keep asking for it again and again. I don't understand why are they are doing that. Only reason can be that they don't want to pay, that's my assumption. Please, please, can you help? I attach our emails.

Unreasonable account closure

They froze my account without giving any explanation, and there were 950 dollars in my account.

They froze my account in January, and my account had already passed all the KYC verification.

I deposited nearly 1,600 USD with them, and it's still in the red. I haven't withdrawn a single cent from them!

The principal amount has not been returned either.

Please help me get my money back.

Not allowing me to withdraw and giving asking endless doc verification

I am submitting this complaint against BDM Bet Casino due to repeated document requests and the unjustified blocking of my €6,826.18 withdrawal, despite full cooperation and verified submissions.

Here are the facts:
• I deposited €500 to BDM Bet and later requested a withdrawal of €6,826.18.
• BDM Bet requested a bank statement showing:
• The €500 deposit made to their platform.
• A €997.99 recharge made earlier through a Tabacchi shop in Italy (which funded my account).
• I submitted this full bank statement more than three times via:
• Their website upload system
• Direct email
• Live chat with their support assistant

Their own support team confirmed seeing the €997.99 transaction, meaning the statement was clearly visible and accepted.

Yet today, they again asked for the same statement, claiming it’s “not visible.” This directly contradicts their earlier confirmations. If they could confirm the transaction previously, how is it suddenly invisible?

This repeated request appears to be either:
• Careless document handling by their team, or
• A deliberate attempt to stall or avoid processing my withdrawal.

I have fully complied with every document request. Despite this, my €6,826.18 remains blocked, and I’m stuck in a verification loop that is starting to feel intentional.

Casino wont verify my account

I signed up to BDM Bet on March 20 2025, and deposited a total of €430 via cryptocurrency (in 2 deposits). I won €2,600 from my second deposit. I verified my identity using official ID and facial recognition. They paid out €1,000, but have withheld the remaining €1,600.

Since then, I have submitted all requested documents:

Crypto wallet screenshots and blockchain proof of deposit,
Three months of payslips (February–April),
Completed source of funds questionnaires,
Answered all their questions about income, occupation, and spending.

Despite this, BDM Bet keeps rejecting valid documents, repeating the same demands, and requesting unrelated information (such as a January payslip, even though I only deposited in March). My income is over €2,400 per month, and I’ve given them proof of over €7,200 in earnings — more than 16x the amount I deposited.

They continue to delay and obstruct verification for no valid reason, while holding onto my winnings. Their actions are unfair, unprofessional, and may be in violation of responsible gambling and anti-money laundering guidelines.

I request that BDM Bet:
Verifies my account immediately,
Releases the remaining €1,600 in winnings without further delay.

I got a 1336€ win with BDMBET Casino back in March and for the life of me cannot get it from them. I carried out a live selfie, uploaded passport, proof of 2 accounts for deposit and withdrawal, proof of address, proof i have a salary income, over 3 months payslips with statements showing my income received, wealth questionaire completion, lifetime transactions from the account i used to deposit 270€ and each time i get the below email fired at me. I told the Casino numerous times that i opened the account on the 13th March which is outlined on my statement.

Source of wealth must show the origin of the funds used for depositing in our casino, for example, salary statement, proof of business ownership, selling a property, an inheritance payment, or a divorce settlement, etc. (for the last 3 months).

Bdmbet casino stole 798 euros and disabled my account

Hello,

I registered at Bdmbet Casino on March 17, 2025. I won money. I made a deposit. I wagered the deposit multiple times. I successfully passed all verifications and requested half of my balance for withdrawal. But a couple of days later, my account was blocked without explanation. There are 798 euros on the account. They were simply stolen. I wrote to support by email, but support ignored me. I don’t know what to do and how to withdraw my money. I really hope for your help.

Delayed or refused withdrawal 1650 RON

On February 23rd, I created an account on Bdmbet.

I did all the verification procedures, everything was fine, I started depositing money, I lost quite a lot, and towards the end I started winning. I made two withdrawals, 750 ron and another 900 ron, They approved my withdrawals on the 25th and 26th. I will also send screenshots of emails from them from this entire period attached.

Over the course of several days, I kept trying to contact them by email or online chat to find out why I wasn't receiving the money, at first they said it would take 5 working days, after the period passed I contacted them again, and they decided to close my account for administrative reasons.

Through several emails they keep telling me to be patient, two days ago I spoke to an online agent and he asked me for a bank statement from 23.02 to 03.03 as proof that I did not receive the money, he told me that the request was registered and that he would get back with an answer soon.

The casino did not withdraw the money and closed my account

A few days ago I complained about the Ninecasino. After that, they withdrew my money, but closed my account. And also closed the account in a similar casino BDMbet. But BDMbet didn't withdraw my money and closed the account. There is no access to my account. There are no notifications from support and no response to my letter either. I have 403.21€ in my account.

I joined the casino about a month ago. I made some bets and I made the deposit. On February 17th, I successfully passed verification through the casino website. I made a few more bets and won 403.21€. I haven't logged into my account for over a week. Now it's blocked without any notifications. The money was stolen by the casino. I want to withdraw the money.

Withdrawal of funds is very delayed

A week ago I ordered a withdrawal, but the money has not arrived yet. Support replies with standard phrases that this is normal practice and you need to wait. My account is verified.
