I have 106 ltc (7100 euro) in bc.game. They already approved my KYC, and are always rejecting my withdrawals even after telling me by email that the withdrawal restriction had been already lifted. All my withdrawal requests say audit failed.
I have all the proof about my complaint, and even when trying to ask about this to the live support chat, they don't tell me why is this happening.
