Hello I come here very frustrated with the fact that I can't withdraw my funds from b.c game casino. I made a deposit of 520 usdt via bep20 network and I played casino roulette a few times and won an amount worth 532 usdt bringing my total amount on the account to 1052 I tried to withdraw via the same means I used to deposit i.e usdt bep20 network but after the attempted. My Account withdrawal section has been suspended without being given the reason as to why that has happened. My account is fully verified as I have passed both basic and advanced verification. I have tried to enquire for more than 48 hours why my withdrawal is suspended and the only answer I get is wait, I don't belive wait is an enough answer on why a customer's account has been suspended. I would also like to highlight that I don't and never use bonuses my email registered to b.c game is < email removed > and my gaming id is 25209258 I don't know if this can help but it is worth a try I will also upload the screenshots between me and the support team for an easier follow up.
