Withdrawal successful but not received in my bank account
I withdrew 59,000 PKR from my BC game account to my Easypaisa bank account on November 13, 2024. But my Easypaisa bank account has a limit of receiving only 50,000 PKR per day.
I have called my bank and told them the matter and they are saying that if there is a transaction beyond the daily limit, the amount will bounce back to the sender’s account.
I have been telling it to the BC Game customer support, but they are not doing anything for it. I have sent them my bank account statement but they keep on sending me a receipt that is from the merchant ( it has no transaction id , no bank logo, no bank details ). They just reply that the transaction is successful.
First they asked me to wait for 24 hours then a ticket will be created and complaint will be registered. After waiting for 24 hours they gave me a ticket and asked me to wait 24 hours to get the result. After waiting for another 24 hours they sent me a receipt ( which I believe is fake ). Then asked me to wait for another 24 hors to create a ticket again.
Then after waiting for 24 hours ( for the third time ) they gave me another ticket and asked me to wait 24 to 48 hours to get the response. Then after nearly 25 hours later they provide me with the same receipt. Now they are asking me to wait for another 24 hours to file the complaint and create a new ticket.
I have asked them to ask the merchant that the amount was bounced back to his account due to daily transaction limit of my account.
