Withdrawal failed but didn't reflect on my wallet

I tried withdrawing my money, but it says creating failed. It was deducted from my wallet and didn't reflect right after it failed. It's so frustrating because their support is very unresponsive. Tried to reach out for so long and all I receive is copypasted texts.
