Withdraw permission have been suspended after a big win
I've been playing on BC.Game for a while, reaching VIP level 50 by making quick and hassle-free deposits and withdrawals. However, six days ago, after a good winning streak on the slots, I received the following message on my dashboard:
"The third-party game platform is reviewing the game results, your withdraw and tip permission have been suspended, please wait patiently."
I've patiently waited for six days. My account remains active, and I've continued playing with my funds. I even keep receiving the frequent bonuses offered by the casino, but the message is still there, and I can't request withdrawals.
I've sent emails to the support team, reached out via the support channel on X, and tried contacting them through live chat (which is just a bot, with no real agents available), but I haven't received any response.
