Withdraw and tip permission have been suspended


Hi, I am unable to withdraw from my account.

I get the message:

"Your withdrawal and tip permission have been suspended. If you have any questions, please contact us."

I have completed KYC and have contacted support multiple times yet I still cannot withdraw.

I had no problem withdrawing in the past.

I am able to deposit and play games but am unable to take anything out.

I am vip 13.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Hi,

I have recently checked and found no restrictions on the user's account. Sometimes, after submitting KYC it can take some time to unlock features, so I think that was the case here.

Please let us know if you still have any issues regarding this.
