On 30th July I placed an MLB bet which won fairly. Then a couple days later I wanted to request a withdrawal but it was denied. So I went into the live chat and asked why, and I was told that I needed to intentionally lose my balance until only the deposited amount was left, and then I could withdraw my deposit amount only. I was shocked because I have never had such a request from a sportsbook before so I thought this must have been a miscommunication due to poor English language. So I sent an email about it, and I got a standard reply "We have forwarded your account issue to our relevant team, and it is under review. We will get back to you with further updates once our team completes the required process and checks." But after that, I never heard anything back and it's now 2,5 months further.
Then, a couple days further, because of course I had refused to lose my winnings of the sports bet intentionally (how can you even lose funds intentionally? what if you win by accident?), I saw that BC.game suddenly had decided to take away funds from my account. The sports bet, which was fairly won and paid out was now suddenly void, about 5 days after the game was finished. Then I got in contact with a manager from BC.game on Telegram and he kept insisting "wrong odds were offered on this game". But the odds offered were perfectly normal in line with all other sportsbooks and it's not like it was a dodgy unknown league, it was the world famous MLB. He then blocked me on Telegram so I could not even chat further with him.
The strange thing also is that I placed the exact same bet on another sportsbook (500.casino) at the exact same moment and same odds (they use the same odds provider as BC.game), because the maximum stake allowed by BC.game (80mbtc) was not high enough for my liking.
And guess what? That bet on 500.casino was paid out as won and never void! This means that there was nothing wrong with the odds and that the void is not on the side of the odds provider, but BC.game voided the bet themselves after I didn't want to lose the won funds intentionally!
I even sent an email to 500.casino asking if they were sure nothing was wrong with the bet, and offered them to take back my winnings if there was indeed something wrong. But they were honest and said all was fine and I didn't need to pay them back my winnings. How much more proof do you want?
And then, the most shocking thing came. On Bitcointalk forum I decided to open a scam accusation about this case.
The representative of BC.game in there swiftly responded and apologized for everything. He looked to take my case very seriously and even said "I have to look into the matter as this is the first I am hearing about it. If everything you posted, including the screenshots are real then I assure you that we will make this right. Thank you for bringing this to our attention." So I expected things to finally be resolved and that I would get my 88mbtc of voided winnings credited back in no time, but then BC.game went offline for 3 weeks, and when he came back he only told me via PM very short answers such as "case is already resolved" when it's not and "you have already been paid" when all I was paid was my deposit back. I still to this date have not received the 88mbtc sportsbook winnings.
