Hello. I lost over half million dollars from my own deposited money in bc game. Last December I wanted to try my luck, deposited couple thousands turned it to 30k+ bc game decided to suspend my withdrawals and tip permission.

Spoke to vip host, website support, e-mailed their support to no avail. Account remained suspended for a couple weeks or so. I kept playing from time to time turned the 30k to 100k+ I went to their support nudging them every hour so they let me withdraw, they instead closed my accout. Now whenever I try to login, I get this message: "error 4001, account verification required"

My account is fully verified (basic + advanced) my account is down a lot. Any help would be much appreciated

I will attach a video I recorded few days ago before my account got closed as a proof.

Well, it seems like I can't attach mp4 files here. I uploaded the video and here's the link:

It is 80k USDT total (5k balance, 75k in vault) not to mention the bonus money. Keep in mind I'm still down 6figs from my own money. This is like recouping a small percentage of my loss and they don't let me withdraw it. Now account closed after nudging them many times

Update. My account is back. I can login, but I still can not withdraw. Spoke to support and they said they are working on it and it should be resolved in 24hours. Let's see.

24 hours have passed now but they closed my account again instead of letting me withdraw like they promised yesterday. Are we playing games now? Yesterday I spoke to support and they literally promised me that after 24 hours my account will be back to normal! Losing patience here..

Wow so 5.4 says "you cannot register more than one account in our platform". I only have one account!!!
