Hi, sir,

For more than 3 years I have been playing BC.Game but no issue comes, then after an update while withdrawing an issue occurs and a failure. Then when I log in to my account it comes error 4001 account verification required ..

Then I sent mail with all requirements after name user name registered Gmail phone number screenshot deposit after 13 days they replied and said to do advance KYC I did and got verified and also sent a screenshot then they said to send the phone number for security purposes I send I sent many mails now daily routine.

I attached it with customer support care live They said the email team would respond but they did not respond...I have done all necessary requirements to unlock my account...I'm a level 33 player
